3. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Sharing your account with others is not allowed. We are not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments & Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Funds added to your account can only be used to purchase services on our platform. We are not responsible for incorrect payments or wrong transaction details submitted by the user.

5. Orders & Delivery Order delivery times vary depending on the service and provider. We do not guarantee exact delivery time. Partial orders may be refunded or completed based on provider availability. Once an order is placed and processing has started, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refill & Guarantee Refill is only available for services that are marked as "Refill Guaranteed." No refill or refund will be provided for services marked as "No Refill." Refill requests must be made within the guarantee period mentioned on the service.

7. No Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed orders. Refunds may only be issued for undelivered or partially delivered orders at our discretion. Wallet balance is non-refundable under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Use You agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

9. Account Accuracy You must provide correct social media links when placing orders. We are not responsible for orders placed with wrong or private account links. No refund will be given for orders with incorrect links.

10. Service Availability We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider issues, or technical problems. We are not liable for any losses during downtime.

11. Third-Party Disclaimer We do not own or control social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Changes in their policies may affect service delivery. We are not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by social media platforms.

12. Privacy We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties. We never ask for your social media passwords. Only public profile links are required for service delivery.

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
